Experiential Learning

Using structured experiences designed to accurately reflect situations in the workplace, participants learn by doing; and then further their understanding by examining ways they could have been more effective. Powerful learning emerges in the debrief when experiences are linked to real-world situations. People see, understand and experience how their own behavior can change to significantly and positively impact their performance back on the job.

Participants receive maximum learning in less time through the use of theming, tactile components, fun and relevant links to their business environment.

Gold of the Desert Kings™

This is a fun, fast paced competitive team exercise. Using a virtual desert journey as the setting, participants work in competing teams of four or five team members. They face circumstances with limited time and resources and must work with their team to achieve as much gold as possible by the end of the experience. The challenges experienced in Gold of the Desert Kings™ are similar to those experienced in a hectic work schedule. Participants contend with deadlines, environmental conditions, decision making, risk management a perceived lack of resources, others' point of view and the pressure to accomplish objectives.
