Lost In Atlantis

Your team is lost! Last known destination...The Lost City of Atlantis, thought to be somewhere in the Middle East.

It was Plato who gave the first written account of Atlantis. He first mentioned the lost land in his dialogues Timaeus and Critias, which were written in 360 BC.

Through a series of challenges that take participants all around the chosen venue, they work together to find the resources they need.

On their return to base they work on the second major challenge. Teams need to effectively manage resources, work as a team, problem solve and use completion skills in order to succeed against the clock.

The big picture, allows the team to identify and overcome communication barriers and focus on achieving the entire objective.

Lost In Atlantis is an engaging experience that provides a hands-on lesson in effective teamwork. Teams will recognise the power of collaboration, understand the impact of both team process and spirit, and realise the importance of sharing resources and knowledge to accomplish goals and achieve great results.

Use Lost in Atlantis to:

Demonstrate that the whole is greater than the sum of its individual parts
Highlight effective use of resource allocation and sharing know-how
Create bonding and team spirit
Emphasise the need to adhere to quality standards within an allotted time frame
Round up the troops for a hands-on team building activity (without the physical stress and exertion of more traditional team building activities)
