At PROTRAINING, we do not agree that "practice makes perfect", practicing the same old bad habits over and over again just makes those mistakes more ingrained.

Being an effective presenter and public speaker takes more than natural talent (although this helps!). Like any other skill, the more training you receive and the more guided practice you have, the more accomplished you become. Through recorded practice sessions and constructive feedback, the right facilitator can help you become an effective and powerful speaker.

Under our guidance, you will be able to do three things more effectively. First, will learn certain skills of delivery that will help you project confidence and credibility. Second, you will learn how to manage any anxiety. Third, you will learn to package your thoughts in a way that makes them easy for you to deliver, and easy for your listeners to remember.

This course is extremely personalised giving each delegate the opportunity to do two presentations and review his/her performance on DVD. Perhaps the most important element of all is our experienced Facilitator's feedback.

The Public speaking option is ideal for Senior Executives who are required to deliver high hitting speeches to large or small groups.

Group Training Techniques

Our three days course is guaranteed to get trainers delivering with confidence and pizzazz!

The first day introduces all the elements of good practice from identifying training needs, designing training notes, achieving high levels of learner's participation and maximum involvement. On days two and three we put the theory into practice. Each participant receives a DVD of his/her own training sessions and can evaluate the improvements achieved literally overnight.

With only 6 delegates accommodated on each programme, the individualized coaching and development of each participant is our primary objective.

The Master Trainer will share tips and tricks for creating memorable PowerPoint, creative flipcharts and customized training games and exercises. The programme ends with a session on the Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation and effectiveness.
