In today's world of mergers, acquisitions, competitive pressures and new technologies, an effective corporate strategy for change management designed to help employees with organisational change makes all the difference.

Right Turns® – Change Management: Change in Action is a powerful learning experience focused on change management that guides employees and managers to explore the realities of change and the actions and behaviours that lead to success.

Whether learners are dealing with organisational change or leading organisational change, this discovery learning experience will build understanding, alignment and commitment for any corporate strategy.

Aims of the Programme

Use Right Turns:

  • As a powerful session at an employee or leadership event
  • To complement the introduction of a major organisational change
  • As a session conducted by managers with teams experiencing change
  • As an intervention with teams that must work together
  • To develop an understanding of organizational change

Target Audience:

For Employees – A Three - Hour Session

Small teams gather around an engaging illustration called a Discovery Map®. Guided by activity cards, they work together to explore and discuss the key concepts of change, including:

  • External forces causing change
  • The impact of change and its "path" to success
  • The effects of emotions and behaviours as they help or hinder progress
Change Management

Company-specific exercises bring the lessons home – employees explore organisational change in their own company or department, developing insights to take back to their jobs.

For Managers – A Five – Hour Session

After experiencing the Discovery Map, managers explore their role as change leaders, including:

  • Their key responsibilities as change progresses
  • The skills and attributes that are critical in dealing with change management
  • How to deal with their own reactions to organisational change - and those of their employees and teams

Critical Thinking Guides, provided with the program, help managers apply their new insights on the job.
