Bill brings a wealth of experience from various industries from food manufacturers to FMCG in roles that span operations manager, business development and regional management.
He helped establish Resource Bank in the UK and developed assessment and development centres for Budweiser, L’Oreal and Allied Domecq working closely with them for 10 years in Talent Management. With over 8 years in the Middle East, he has worked with Alshaya Retail in the GCC, Qatar, Cornell University and AECOM in Saudi Arabia in Learning and Development Management roles.
Bill is in a unique position as he holds both UK and USA certiﬁcation in Human Resources as Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and Global Professional in HR (GPHR) he is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Even in his operational roles, Bill’s passion has always been in the development of people; he is highly experienced and accomplished in designing and delivering learning and linking training content to operational activities and business strategies. He coaches both HR and operations, designs L&D plans and manages complex HR projects from metrics to evaluation to drive return value to the business.
He is an excellent communicator and facilitates with passion and energy which keeps participants engaged throughout.
